Wireless Network Video Transmission

One of the latest technologies for video transmission is wireless MESH networking. This is a series of transceivers that will talk to any of the other transceivers located in the network, making it very reliable for sending video from remote locations back to a central viewing area. These systems are perfect for high traffic or congested areas. There are always multiple paths back to the head-end unit, so if one path is experiencing interference or loses power, any of the alternate paths may be used to still transmit the video.

Unilux has currently found two of these new MESH-based systems which work extremely well with video data and have proven to be very reliable and easy to use. Both FluidMesh and Firetide units offer dual radio transceiver units and quality products that get the job done. Click below for more information on both of these systems.
